Cornwall has the pasty, Devon has Tom's Potato, Cheese & Garlic pies! Tom uses a layer of cheese and potatoes similar to potato dauphinoise in this hearty winter pie. Perfect with seasonal vegetables and gravy it's also a great vegetarian option on our range.
