Spicy Lamb with Chickpeas & Chorizo

Based on a Moroccan theme we use the best Chorizo we can source, the filling is cooked by chefs like a traditional casserole and baked before being carefully wrapped in our delicious pastry, we believe the quality ingredients shine through as ever and make this a unique pie on our range. Spicy Lamb was Silver award winner in The British Pie Awards '09 and also won a Great Taste Gold '09.

Lamb with Chickpeas & Chorizo filling (62.5%) (Lamb [27%], Water, Onion, Chickpeas [15%], Tomato, Chorizo  [Lean Pork {ham, shoulder & sirloin}, Pancetta, Paprika, Salt, Sugars & natural spices [garlic, oregano etc]] [4%], Wheat Flour, Veg Oil, Tomato Puree, Salt, Balsamic Vinegar, Rosemary, Paprika, Pepper), Pastry (Wheat Flour, Water, Butter, N/H Margarine) Pastry Lid (Wheat Flour, Vegetable Shortening, Water, Salt, Baking Powder), Pasteurised Egg Yolk
