Spinach and Three Cheese Tart

Tom uses goats cheese, cream cheese and Applewood smoked cheddar in this delicious tart. Finished with pesto & a sage, it's excellent warmed up or cold it goes perfectly with a salad and also works very well alone.

Ingredients

Spinach (35%), Wheatflour, Eggs, Milk, Double Cream, Cream Cheese (8%), Goats Cheese (2%), Applewood Smoked Cheddar (2%), Butter, N/H Margarine, Pesto, Water, Sage, Nutmeg, Salt, Pepper.
